Our projects are planned to be completed within 12 to 18 months from the start of the construction process, our team will be constantly analyzing the progress of the project and providing updates on the progress to our customers as well.

We discuss back and forth on every detail of the project including the Designs and Plans, Material, Colors, we also visit other projects that are currently ongoing under the selected building partners to make sure we partner with the best in the market to create your dream home.

We have the ability to make certain changes in the design that fits your needs and purpose subject to building codes and respective area council guidelines if requested. However, in any situation where the price for the changes exceeds the agreed quotation the customer will be required to pay the exceeding amount.
